Force of Nature Disinfecting, Sanitizing & 3rd Party Lab Test Results
Disinfecting & Sanitizing Efficacy
Force of Nature is an EPA registered medical-grade disinfectant that kills 99.9% of viruses, bacteria, mold and mildew including Norovirus, Salmonella, Influenza A, Staph, MRSA, Listeria, and Pseudomonas Aeruginosa when used as directed on hard non-porous surfaces. It kills respiratory viruses and the viruses that cause flus**. The EPA has registered Force of Nature for disinfecting and sanitizing hospitals, intensive care units, veterinary hospitals, daycares, schools and more. The EPA registration number is 93040-1. The EPA registers 3 types of disinfectants based on their pathogen-killing efficacy: Limited, Broad-Spectrum, and Hospital. Force of Nature is EPA registered as a Hospital disinfectant. Limited disinfectants are effective against only a specific major group of microorganisms (such as gram-positive or gram-negative bacteria). Broad-spectrum disinfectants are effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Hospital disinfectants are broad-spectrum disinfectants that are also effective against the nosocomial bacterial pathogen Pseudomonas aeruginosa.SARS-CoV-2, Coronavirus, Delta Variant, Covid-19
Force of Nature is on EPA’s List N, the disinfectants approved for use against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19. Force of Nature has demonstrated effectiveness against viruses harder to kill than SARS-CoV-2 on hard, non-porous surfaces. Therefore, Force of Nature can be used against SARS-CoV-2 when used in accordance with the directions for use against Norovirus on hard non-porous surfaces. EPA expects all products on List N to kill all variants of SARS-CoV-2. Genetic changes to the virus do not impact the efficacy of disinfectants. See EPA Emerging Pathogen Policy information.Monkeypox Virus
Force of Nature is on EPA’s List Q, the disinfectants approved for use against monkeypox virus. Force of Nature has demonstrated effectiveness against viruses harder to kill than monkeypox virus on hard, non-porous surfaces. Therefore, Force of Nature can be used against monkeypox virus when used in accordance with the directions for use against Norovirus on hard non-porous surfaces. See EPA Emerging Pathogen Policy information.Bloodborne Pathogens
Force of Nature meets surface disinfection requirements for OSHA’s Bloodborne Pathogens Standards.EPA Registration Process
To receive federal EPA registration, the product is tested using extremely rigorous EPA required testing protocols across multiple batches of product. Suppliers, purity, concentration & processing of all individual ingredients must be approved, with strict statistical limits on all. The product also goes through rigorous safety reviews.
